READY TO GET RID OF THE HOLIDAY "EXTRAS" ?

Do you want to have some fun, feel good get in shape and lose weight?? Then now is the time to join us for Pilateez.

PILATEEZ FOR ALL starts again Wednesday morning January 6, 2010! (TELL a friend as this is open to everyone - no membership required)

Starting again - WEDNESDAY January 6, 2010 (for 12 weeks)

WHEN:
Mondays -- 5:30-6:30 pm
Wednesdays -- 10:00 - 11:00 am
Thursday -- 5:30-6:30 pm
WHERE:
Mon and Thurs evenings -- Community of Christ Church (615 Colborne St. ) Wednesday mornings -- Good Sheppard Luthern Church (on Fanshawe Rd beside Tim Hortons near Adelaide St)
COST:
$5.00 per class -- $10 per week (you can attend all 3 classes if you pay per week)
BRING:
Dress in comfortable workout clothes and bring your own yoga/pilateez mat & water
