2010 Faces of Autism

This is a reminder that the 2010 Calendar is now available for purchase. Thanks to the approximately 40 families who submitted pictures.

It turned out beautiful this year. Keep in mind ----it makes a great present for Christmas and birthdays.

They are for sale once again for $15 as a fundraiser for our chapter. We are selling them at Masonville mall at our awareness booth December 19, 20, 21.

If you want calendars, ordered them and have not picked them up please notify us asap. We only have 20 copies left. We need to know how many more are needed before we reorder. The deadline for reorder is December 19, 2009

They can be picked up at our office at 600 Sanatorium Road, Unit 1. Call the office first to make sure someone is there. We can arrange for mailing or delivery.

Moms' Meeting - December

Seasons Greetings!!!!!

Our December meeting will be held at East Side Mario's and our focus will be "surviving the holidays!" RSVP required as soon as possible.

When: Monday December 14th @ 7-9 pm

Where: East Side Marios Fanshawe Location

What: Focus will be coping with holiday stress. As always, we will have lots of time for discussion and support afterwards.

New members are welcome to attend this meeting! Snacks will be provided.

All adults with ASD and their partners or support persons are invited to our first adult Holiday Party

When: Thursday December 10th, from 6:30pm to 8:00pm

Where: East Side Marios Restaurant on Fanshawe Park Road. (Across from Masonville Mall)

Come enjoy appetizers, beverages and to celebrate the festive season. You must register for this event in order to attend. Parents please ensure that your loved one with ASD registers if they have indicated an interest in attending.

COST: $2 for each child registered

Children are invited to meet Santa for a photo and a gift to take home. Snacks will be provided as well as an opportunity to explore the Children's Museum free of cost.
